Emotional Triad

If you are or are not getting what U want-
If u are (or are not) feeling what (how) u want to feel-
it all comes down to :3 Things:

A pattern of :FOCUS
A pattern of :PHYSIOLOGY
and
A pattern of :LANGUAGE/BELIEF


Be aware of attaching your IDENTITY to your BEHAVIOR.

Maintain the Distinction.

Example:
U can do a mean thing… without “being” mean.
“Mean” is a behaviour.

U are not your behaviour.
U are not ur feelings. U are not ur Beliefs. U are not ur Rules. U are not ur Values.
(U are not ur Khaki’s)

Today’s Challenge: Conciously expand your Identity.

“Stress” /”Angst” are all just other words for: “Fear”
Come to understand that U “do” fear by how u hold ur body, beliefs and focus. (Your emotional Triad)

Ask:
“What would i need to believe to feel this way?” Fear has a physiology to it.
Then….
Interrupt that old dis-empowering pattern! Move your body diffrent.
Changing your body- ur physiology- is the quickest, most direct way to feeling a NEW feeling.

Different Physiology, different Belief, different Focus? = DIFFERENT RESULTS!

So constantly ask:
Am I”Feeling” Stress or “DOING” Stress?

And understand, if u can “do” stress… u can choose a to do a different state.
Different State= Different Result.

U are not ur past. (unless u live there)*

Most people get out of Stress or feeling a way they do not want to -
by Eating fast food, by Watching TV, by DISTRACTING their Focus or Physiology.

If u are feeling an emotion that u do not want to feel- u are doing it to yourself.

CHOOSE to feel another way.
STEP up. Have all of YOU show up. Do not “try”.- JUST DO IT. “DO” ANOTHER EMOTION.

Choose an emotional place- A triad that meets ur needs better than ur current state allows.


Shift your BODY, what U BELIEVE, what U FOCUS on and move it!!!

What EMPOWERS U? What takes U where U want to go?

If U were totally empowered now…

How would u hold and be moving ur body?
What would u have to believe in order to take on that one task U’ve been putting off?
What would u have to tell urself to get urself to take Massive Action now?


Your Challenge Today is to: Do your CERTAINTY.
CHOOSE what U wish to Change/Shift/Excel at Today.
CHOOSE your Triad and Seize your Day!
