    so….
    ongoing conversation with God. =)

    what i have discovered is that it is scientifically confirmed that BEFORE the big bang an intelligent “Energy Source” must have been~ for nothing can come FROM nothing.
    So… this intelligent “Energy Source” is defined by being: a) Eternal; b) omniscient; c) omnipresent; and d) omnipotent.
    this intelligent Energy Source sparked “the big bang” and everything that grew from that beginning moment and directs it until it’s eventual collapse or eventual “end”.
    … by definition from THE beginning until THE end.
    This Energy Source, by definition, is the ONLY thing that is: ABSOLUTE.

    o.k. that defines God to me; for me.

    So…,
    scientifically theorized/proven that God exists~ and that we all MUST come FROM that original Light/Energy Source and since energy is eternal, that part of us that is eternal MUST, as we so CAME~ MUST return to that Energy. There is NO escaping it~.

    Christian religion / Islamic religion / Past Egyptian religions / Mormon religions / Catholic religion all THINK they have it right.
    By following a certain path~ we can avoid “hell” and “purgatory” and experience “heaven”.

    Each believes they have THE right and only PATH.

    I began to think… if we were born in ancient egypt, and our parents/school taught us of a recent son of God that came, performed miracles~ was born of a virgin, began his ministry, did all things only to lead to his crucifixion and 3 day resurrection… WE WOULD BELIEVE in THAT son of God even if his name were not Jesus.

    ~not knowing that thousands of years in the future Jesus would be borne in Bethlehem, and the Bible that we know would then be written.

    Intresting.

    Agreed?

    But, here, in THIS time… we are given the most recent example of a Light of God / God in physical form: Jesus.
    So, by choice and by Faith, because that is what i choose to believe that God provided for us,
    HERE and NOW,
    and that is where I choose to put my FAITH.

    NOW is all we have.
    Jesus Christ is presented as THE way.
    “No man cometh unto the Father, BUT BY ME.”

    So, after a LONG round-about travel~
    I choose to focus on being more and more present in this given moment… AS i go through time…
    I choose to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ being sent as God in flesh form to die for my sins personally~
    and I accept Jesus as part of the Holy Trinity as my Path appropriately back to return to be with God.

    God, through Jesus provided our time and place with guidelines of living for us to follow.
    I will focus on being more present in living closely by those commandments and guidelines.

    I think the logical side of me wanted substance~ and to confirm that I believe what i do out of MY CHOICE and FREE WILL not out of parental nor social conditioning.

    I pray TO God in JESUS’ name;
    putting all of my TRUST into a God BIG enough / Omni enough~ to figure out the semantics and details~
    so I rest assured that my soul is destined to return to be back with God as is most appropriate and pleasing to Him.

    I asked God for a “sign”~

    I got it. ;)

    Strength of Spiritual conviction and congruency.

    Definitely one of THE biggest questions of MY time~ And….

    now i Rest.
